Marion NC Bigfoot Festival is a new Bigfoot Festival in western North Carolina that celebrates the legendary creature, Bigfoot. It will be held in downtown Marion on September 8, starting at 12pm and ending at 6pm.
There will be a Bigfoot Calling Contest and Bigfoot Knocking Competition and admission is Free. At 3:30 PM, a Town Hall Meeting will allow sharing of your Bigfoot encounters. There also will be a Bigfoot art show at the MACA (McDowell Arts Council Association) at 50 South Main, and kids will enjoy a free bouncy house, scavenger hunt and other activities. There will be a 5K race that starts at 8 AM.
